I try to download winstyles but can't open them. Is there any software i need to download first or how do i open that particular files.? Thanks to ya'll willing to help. KSTUCCI >

It depends on the size of the file you downloaded. Mostly they seem to be 1K or 2K shortcut files. If you are restricted to download a certain amount of material, then a large winstyles file, might fail. But, if you purchase the product you have unlimited downloads.

In the about winstyles section (in the upper part of each page in the winstyles library) you'll find info about winstyles and what it does: https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles/
It's helpful to read the info available so one can understand what is involved and what is needed.

Winstyles is a way to put together a theme including windowblinds, icons, etc. But you need the winstyles program and the respective somponent programs to install and use the skins in the theme such as windowblinds, iconpackager, etc.
