I have just purchased WinCustimze and I am trying to download and apply an application (screensavers) and I keep getting a message that states: "Screensaver is not supported by this application"-- My OS is windowsXP-What is wrong!! Kelley

What a strange query...

Wincustomize is a web site.....this one. I doubt whether you purchased it...

As for 'screensavers', we don't actually have them...

Yes Kelley, if you want our help, you have to state what program did you purchased and what are the themes/skins you are trying to install.
