Deactivation not working

I have some Fences activations I am trying to deactivate for computers which are no longer working. when I go into the license manager and pick any of the activations showing there for my account, and click the deactivate link, it just opens a blank page and nothing happens, and the license I was trying to deactivate is not deactivated. do I need to do something different to deactivate?

Hi bgillette,

Thank you for reporting this.  The deactivation link is working again, however we have a display issue that we are still working on where the whole page is refreshing instead of just the popup box.  But we will take care of that when we return from vacation.

Hi i got a new computer and want to transfer my stardock fences software to it. their used to be an online license management page where i could deactivate the license on an old computer and activate it on a new one. is there still something like that available? thanks
