Windows start button incorrectly placed and Top right hand corner buttons sometimes not visible (previous screen button, exit button)

Hello!

I've long been using Windowblinds, but the last few years din't chnage the settings. Now that I have changed some settings (just to see what it would look like), I don't seem to be able to get the Windows startbutton in the correct place, nor are the three top buttons (like previous screensize and exit) visible when I use Firefox. I run Windows 7 (SP2) and Windowblinds 7.42. I use Visual Style (Sublime). Maybe this has to do with transparancy settings? Anyone has suggestions as how to get the start button correctly placed and make the top three buttons visible again? I appreciate your help. Best regards, Charles
