need help

i am novice to this wincustomize. I
have downloaded wallpaper ZIP files, and that works well, butr how about
all the others with extensions of i.e;
.Suite, and other extensions. when I
download these file type extensions,
do I download to c:\windows or what, and how do you execute it. yea, I need help!!!
