start10 keeps reverting back to windows default

Hi,

I have Start 10 and very often Start10 keeps reverting back to windows default menu...

How i resolve it is simply by restarting windows... and not even ending the task in task manager then reopening it will work..

Once its running, it shouldn't revert, i.e i should see start10 unless I disable it/ remove it right?

 

Any help or suggestions... quite annoying...
