The label (e.g. programs) goes to the bottom when the fence is put next to the top edge of the screen. How can I disable this feature?
At this time there is no way to disable that. Moving the fence a bit further down is the best solution.
Yes, just leave a bit of space between the fence and the top of the screen, that should do it.
Its not broken - it is working as it was designed.
As for turning it off, that is what was discussed here.
