Help With Winamp WMP Skin

kinda have a cosmetic problem.. =/ i downloaded the cool looking windows media player 9 skin look alike for winamp.. and the preview skin i saw has an outer layer but when i installed mine..mine doesn't have one.. http://www.geocities.com/xxbabi4evalovexx/Image2.gif <-- that's the pic what i'm trying to say.. does anybody know how to fix this? thanksss

btw.. copy/paste the link.. the preview is ont he right.. the one on the right is mine =/ sorry for the caps..was kinda pissed trying to fix i. i tried emailing the author but no response

Hmmm..That's really odd I have that same winamp skin here and it looks fine.
