Start10 "Desktop" Folder under All Programs

I am using the Windows 7 style start menu from Start10.  Everything works great, except the program creates a special "Desktop Folder" at the top of my programs list.  However this folder doesn't do anything.  You cannot drag shortcuts into it.  It is either empty or cannot be opened.  And all of my shortcuts from the Windows desktop are actually shown at the top level outside of any folder.

Suggestion is to either fix the Start10 "Desktop" Folder or allow me to remove it all together.

Did you purposefully put desktop shortcuts in the start menu?

If you have not, this appears to be a bug as those shortcuts should appear under the "Desktop" icon.

If that's the case, please contact support.
