Icon size change and slow startup

Hi everyone,

I am using Fences Version 3.0.5.12 and Windows 10 64 bit.

I have two problems,

1-My icon size change automatically in every start, size between medium and large, than i select medium size everytime again.

2-When computer starts my icons become appear in 10 seconds, it is weird because my pc can starts in 5 seconds totaly but i wait fences for 10 seconds  :)

Ps: Sorry for my bad English.

I am writing again for some update. 

I solved problem that about changing my icon size, it happens because of logitech software, it is not about Fences.
