in the link box type explorer.exe

in the arguments box type the path to the folder you're looking for. For example c:\my programs\music\wma

or whatever

There are special values you need to specify for special folders (i.e. my computer, and control panel). unforturnatley I don't know all of them.

For My Computer, specify explorer.exe in the link field. In the argument field, specify:
::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}

For Control panel, specify explorer.exe in the link field. In the argument field, specify:
file:///::{20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}\::{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D}

Unfortunately I don't know the special value for My Documents, but you can fudge it by specifying something like the following in the link field (and leave the arguments field blank):
C:\Documents and Settings\blatant\My Documents
