Chrome is not picking up the theme

Hello! I was really eager to get WindowBlinds because I am moving towards to succeeding to making my Windows look like a mac. It works fine on firealpaca and the WindowBlinds app itself, but it is not working on chrome. I tried resetting chrome but it still did not work. Please help!!

It's been many years now, and I have never had Windowblinds skin Chrome successfully. I just use Chrome's themes.
