Previous REGISTERED Start10 user...How do I get a "fresh" copy?

Dear Stardock Fans:

DaveC here...just wondering, where I've still got my Start10 product key (the 30-character code), Order Number and PayPal transaction codes from my initial purchase of Start10, HOW can I manage to download a new copy of Start10 to setup on my latest Windows 10 X64 install?

I HAVE already paid for it two years ago...it's just that I WOULD like to get a fresh copy, and not have to pay all over again, using the archived info I've got here at home.
