Umm what??

I just reformatted my laptop and pre-format I was running Start10 which I had paid for, because I accepted the free update from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10, and Start8 was no longer compatible (even though it ran fine) but it kept bugging me to upgrade to Start10 for better compatibility. So I did, and it was great! Happy days. The upgrade/purchase is not appearing in my purchase history but I KNOW I paid for it and it was running perfectly fine until now.

Any suggestions?

I've switched banks since I paid for this and i'm trying to get hold of my previous bank statement so I can prove that I did pay for Start10 because it's not showing up in my purchase history.

It appears you have two accounts (FirstLast, first.last).  I have merged them to firstlast.  You can login and update it to what you prefer at https://www.stardock.com/accounts/accountinfo
