WinCustomize.com Shortcut in ObjectDock works sporadically... any help?

When I click the WinCustomize Icon on the ObjectDock taskbar, sometimes it will open right to the site. Other times, explorer opens a blank page and doesnt even attempt to go to the site. No activity. Blank...

If I minimize explorer and click the shortcut a 2nd time, the site loads.
I know its a beta,and FREE

and I think it rocks so I'm forgiving

Just wondering if I could add an argument or something that would correct this behavior. All my other shortcuts work fine. In fact other than "ordering" issues, I think the app works perfectly.
Appreciate any tips . Thanx

This may be with my version only but I had to go into it and change it to run explorer.exe(or any other browser example mozilla: mozilla.exe) and change the argument to https://www.wincustomize.com
