I have used Fences for quite some time now, having started with the free version, then upgrading to the paid versions for Windows 10, and I think it's a terrific product. However, there is an annoying bug. In v2, when Windows started, the Fences would often not be transparent, but became so on mouse-over. I now have v3 and love the new roll-up feature, but again, when Windows starts, they're not rolled-up (nor transparent). What to do to fix this please?
