LAST COBALT V1 X

I have just installed the above Windowblinds, Wallpaper, IconPackager etc. but my Start Bar and Task Bar are still the same as my last Windowblind. I have tried reinstalling with no luck - Can you help?

Last Cobalt V1 is written for WB4.0 ONLY. Are you using 4.0?

Also it requires XP to get all the features.... Sorry

What OS are you running? When I was using my rather old W98 box (and not a particularly great video card) I sometimes had leftovers from previous skins if I changed the skin. A reboot would fix it. If you're running XP and have a newer PC, I dunno what may be going on.
