Gosh...a lot of the attitudes expressed here make me a bit 'sad'.....as soon as money/purchase comes into the equation, so does vitriolic indignation.

I guess it's all about whether you actually have gotten to know those involved in the creation/distribution of this work. Had you done so, and followed appropriate lines of query/problem-solving [issue resolution], you would have found those involved are NOT the 'Evil Roy Slade' that you infer.

Sure, be peeved about problems you have found on your comp [which others may not have found]. Voice concerns. Seek advice.

Well I can honestly say I sent identical Emails concerning several issues to stardock support Pixtudio support AND an email to Alexandrie over a month ago. To date had one response from stardock that custom color never worked between WB and OB. Other than that the ONLY sup[port responses I have gotten are from fellow users here and in Stardocks groups. I havent lamblasted anyone only asked for the things to be looked at concerning the 40+ errors that show when one analyzes the skin, a few of the custom color graphics that ARE missing such as Custom color Task panel, Custom Color logout icon and screen, Custom Color dropdown side bar, and never have heard if intentional or not but if I put address bar on my task bar the drop down button has a rectangle of grey behind it. Now if thats asking to much that those sorts of things are dealt with I am being unreasonable but I really think I'm not. The missing items, and having to copy and rename files to get then to display right seem in the root of the theme not truly stardock issues.

If this had been a freebie of course I would still ask the creators to look at it but wouldn't have as high an expectation of fixes but we did pay money, not much to some but when you live on $550 in disability a fair share none the less. Anyway just wanted to make clear some of us have sent reports to sevral places and seems everyone is implying its someone elses issue which leads to fustraition which I try not to let flow into my post but may have and am sorry if offended anyone.

Well I started a "request that stardock order a refresh" thread in the Stardock General newsgroup. If interested pls feel free to add to that thread. Perhaps if enough post Stardock will order one.
