Start10 feature requests - shortcut glyphs and "All Programs" fly-out

I've been trying out a few Windows 10 start menu replacements - Start10 is my favourite :-), but it lacks a couple of features which I've seen in other solutions, which I'd love to see implemented if possible.

Glyphs alongside shortcuts in the right-hand pane.

The shortcut glyphs are one of the few things I like about the Windows 10 start menu, especially the pre-AU one - please can an option to show these be added? This is how another start menu replacement shows the right-hand pane (there are some custom icons there), with an option to hide the glyphs if desired:

"All Programs" as a fly-out menu.

Showing the "All Programs" menu as a fly-out, like Windows XP did (and like shortcuts to folders do when "display as a menu" is selected). I find it much more useful when the whole menu is displayed outside of the left-hand pane.

Thanks!

I set a custom shortcut on the right side of Start10 as a menu and it works pretty well.

The path is C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

That's a good suggestion (and useful for other folders), but I'm not keen on the menu duplication when it would be better for "All Programs" to be configurable. Thanks anyway!
