The above is a short screen capture of my problem. A dragged tab in IE has no frames. Have to go to taskbar to close the window.
If I apply the default theme, and unload WB, it doesn't happen.

Windows 10 Pro (14393.rs1_release_inmarket.160906-1818)
WindowBlinds 10.46 (023 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS

Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system

Wblind.dll 2016/09/16 14:58:28
Wblind64.dll 2016/09/16 14:58:37
Wbsrv.dll 2016/09/14 12:59:52
WB10Config.exe 2016/09/14 14:38:29
Wbload.dll 2016/09/14 09:03:28
Screen10.exe 2016/09/12 13:04:17

OK, Uninstalled WB. Ran a registry cleaner. Reinstalled WB. Rebooted, applied skin. Problem still exists.

BTW, Windows 10 Anniv. Edition.

Feeling much more like the Windows 10 Divorce Edition.

Hmm.  I tested with the latest Insider and while the tab is dragging there is no frame but on release it appears.

Using Acrilic 7, no transparency and Modern with preset.

I am not using an insider version.  Also, the frameless window doesn't show in peek. Must close it from there though.

So, maybe I should disable WinFX?

Ok, Acrylic works fine. But I did disable WinFX. I shall now turn WinFX back on and retest.

Hmmm. I get the same as you with Acrylic, Zubaz.

Eva, The Captain, and almost every other skin has the problem. A slim few do not. Odd.

Modern doesn't have frames for me, Zub.

This issue still occurs with the new beta of WindowBlinds.

What you describe appears to be a limitation of IE.

It's interesting how the major browsers all handle removing tabs differently; skinned or unskinned.

Zubaz, funny thing is, it never happened before the beta in the OP. I drag tabs a lot, having 2 or 3 monitors on every machine I use.

WB is the only thing that changed, unless there was an IE update that I don't know about, which is possible.

I will revert to the last full release of WB 10 and we'll see.....

It is a problem with WindowFX not WindowBlinds.

Ah, ok Neil. So, I assume fixed in the next release of WinFX?

WinFX disabled. Issue still exists.

I have just double checked here.  Without WindowFX no issues with WB 10.49.  With WFX enabled = issues.  The WindowFX issue is now sorted for a future update.  It is possible something else is triggering the same problem as WFX and it shares similarities with the problem with the IE favorites menu so it is possible the fix for that will help too if there is some edge case we cannot reproduce.

WindowBlinds 10.5 installed. Issue fixed.

I know you say it's a WinFX issue, but the ONLY thing that has changed here are WindowBlinds and the Fences 3.03.

It is odd.  WindowFX is certainly capable of causing it and we have that addressed for a future update, but I am happy it is working for you.
