This site is expensive to run. Have you noticed the lack of ads? Unfortunately, things cost money, and that money has to come from somewhere.

Have you emailed T-Man the site op? His email should be available if you click on the "about" section under "options" on the left hand side of the site's home page (and other pages too). Provide him with your info like if you're a site subscriber or registered stardock app user, etc and what you've done (account cross reference, cookies, etc) to try and regain access. Sounds like you need assistance from him since he administers the technical part of the site, or so I understand.

Help? Yes, first - turn off your bloody caps lock. It's a quick way to get everyone to ignore you and think "Good riddance."

Second, learn the vaguest principles of the proper use of punctuation - especially ellipsis. See the above reason for the reason why.

Now, more help. Implying that "Microsoft has their hand in something" because something in the world isn't necessarily 100% free makes people want to merely do the same as above. It's a childish, and quite frankly, stupid comment to say that merely makes you look like a fool.

BUT! If you're still reading - you made mention that you don't feel the need to 'pay any more money' for anything - which would imply that you've already paid /some/ money, yes? Either for Object Desktop, or a Stardock product, or a Wincustomize subscription? I assume yes, since you're talking about cross-referencing your account. Well, if you tried cross-referencing your account, and it doesn't work, instead of yelling incoherently on here, you should be writing a coherent, and preferably polite email to the admins.

If you cross-referenced and everything okay - and you're still getting these errors, it could be a general server error. Believe it or not, sometimes these things happen. Servers hiccup, or get too much traffic - or things simply Go Wrong (tm) Try again later, and if the problem went away - great. If it's still there, see above about emailing the site admins.

Oh yes, and turn off the Caps Lock.

The server is busy because there are over a thousand people hitting it at any given second. When the site is busy like this, paying customers get bandwidth priority, and non-paying visitors get whatever bandwidth is left over.

As kthxbye pointed out, you mentioned spending more money, which implies that you have spent some already. If you bought a Stardock product or a subscription to this site, then you should have priority access to the site. Cross referencing your account could be the solution for you, but it sounds like it isn't working. If you have purchased something, send an email to T-Man [email protected] . He can help.

If you have not purchased anything, then you will just have to live with what site resources are left over. You can't really complain about something that is free to you.
