Taskbar will not stay ......

I have a question, alot of skins look really good when the task bar is raised one up so the clock shows the date & time but for some reason mine when I restart the PC goes back to normal look, or when I start Nero CDR software. ( Yes I have Lock Task Bar checked )
What could this be?

On the taskbar properties, do you have autohide checked?

That's been happening to me ever since i installed XP. With the new Windowblinds builds the taskbar is reduced down to a single line of pixels along the bottom of the screen. I have to raise it up everytime I start the computer.

I thought this was normal...

No I do not have autohide checked. I am having the same problem as DavidK.

Let me add this too, when I do not have WindowBlinds the task bar stays the way I have set it.

This is normal, and it is an issue with WindowsXP. When XP switches from the Luna skin to the Classic skin, which WindowBlinds uses, it restores the taskbar to one line. You can test this yourself without WindowBlinds running. Just load up the Luna skin (the blue one that comes with XP), and set your taskbar to two lines. Now load the Classic style and you'll see XP resize it. When XP boots up, it is running the Blue luna skin. When WindowBlinds kicks in, it tells it to use the Classic look, which causes XP to resize the taskbar.
