many people are complaining about the library being down and in the news this is stated

"During that time, only Stardock Customers, WinCustomize subscribers, and users with Apprentice access or higher (mostly authors) can access the libraries."

i can access the libraries but at the moment none of the above applies to me, is it just luck?

Like Koasati said. You can't upload it without permission. If you are going to use it on your own computer and not upload it you can use it.

I was assuming Princess meant for upload, but WOM is rght, you can use and do anything you like with a wall, or skin, as long you aren't distributing it.

I like to drink espresso right before bed......I'm pretty sure that I have a "coffee stream" instead of a blood stream in my body. For all I know, I might be dead and the caffeine is keeping me animated..... I used to have the nick of "JavaBrain" but everyone thought that I was a male Java programmer

kona....while not correcting spelling and Sproat hunting, I pass my time as a Motor-race Official....primarily Formula One, MotoGP, and World Superbikes...but have been known to do those lesser classes....'American LeMans' and 'Nascar'....
