Can't find online games and play daily challenges (can't connect to tachyon)

Hi, since about a week ago I can't find online lobbys. I think I can not connect online at all. The Ranked Multiplayer Button and the Daily Challenge Button are greyed out and when I hover over the Daily Challenge Button it says: 'You need to be logged into Tachyon to play the Daily Challenge'

I play on a 2010 Macbook Pro. Game is updated. 

When I was looking through the files that are mentioned in the FAQ I noticed these things:

users\USER\library\application support\unity.mohawkgames.offworld  This Folder is empty.

I didn't include crash logs because nothing is crashing.

Then I found this folder

/Users/USER/Library/Application Support/Stardock/Tachyon

And this is my Tachyon log

So I assume i need to fix my configuration file. But what configuration file is the log talking about and how can I fix this?

I scrolled to the top in the log and found more. Afterwards the message is on repeat: Initialize>Error>Initialize>Error...

Something is wrong with your installation as the required configuration file isn't present. To solve this perform a "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" in Steam. Instructions from Valve are here.

Thank you for you help. Verifying Integrity of Game Cache fixed the problem.
