Start10 Key does not appear in My Downloads

Hello. This is my 1st post here.

I recently bought Start10, and the problem is that, the entry Start10 does not appear in the My Downloads tab, neither in Stardock Central.

It does however appear in my Order History. I have the Key for it, but it's just strange that it does not appear in My Downloads.

Does anyone know why? Payment done via PayPal.
