Start 10 broken

Recently installed start 10 on my laptop and it worked perfectly, so i thought to install it on my desktop. I am running two screens with one as my main monitor and the other as a secondary to my right. The problem is the start button has dissaperared completley, if i click the empty space where the start button should be i get nothing. The only solution so far is to restart the computer about 3-4 times in order for the start button to show up. Any help would be appreciated.

I get something similar. My main monitor's taskbar disappears. Rebooting fixes it for a while. I also use Display Fusion, but am considering removing both Start10 and Display Fusion, and switching over to Classic Shell for my Start menu. I will keep using Fences.
