Bug report: no menu if you concede a game but don't exit to menu

Just a few clicks and you can't do anything other than stare at the screen...

There's a funny bug in the game:

 

I concede a game, go to detailed results, see my opponents start with 2000 credits while I start at 0 and wonder how the heck I'm supposed to win against them. Campaign, CEO difficulty. Then I press "Resume" instead of "Exit" and...

 

The menus are gone permanently. ESC doesn't work, clicking does nothing, there's simply no UI. Only game screen and nothing inside. See screenshot below.
