Unable to see the previews

Probably wouldn't hurt to delete all the temp files, flush your cache and cookies at the same time. Try that and let me know.

I did it, but still nothing. I can see all the graphics, except the previews, I've even tried to download the smalls previews to open them in my PC but still can't do anything (it only attemps to download something called window.html). The only different thing I've noticed is that everytime I get the main page Windows ask permission to download "scratch cards" (and I always say no). Any other idea? (It's been a colorless week for me). Thanks in advance for any help

are you using IE to view wincustomize.com? Do you have IE set to show pictures, do you have IE set to only show placeholders? I have never heard of a 'Scratch cards" file before so I don't understand why it's asking permission to dl it.

do you have a firewall or a pop-up program running?

just do disk cleanup, when u do that all ur auto completes, history, and temporary internet files get flushed away

I've always accesed through a firewall but I had caused any trouble. As I said it's only at WC so I thought you might have done some changes or maintenance recently. So far, I have: defrag, clear history, cookies and temporary internet files and no success still. I've read some others post and saw it's not just me. The only thing left to try out is disable privacy settings as suggested by yrag, I'll try that and let you know. By the way, I'm very thankfull for the answers

Thanks. You were right, yrag!. It seems that somebody was messing with my computer and changed my proxy settings, so I restored them back and problem solved. I was tweaking privacy settings too, apparently there's some calls or banner when you enter WC: one comes from scratchcards and another one form hitboy (I supposed they're sponsor banner/popups)
