skinners ages?

skinners ages?

just wondering the ages of skinners at this iste, im 21 and as you can see my skins are quite crap, i have two images in my head about those people here

1. 20-30 years studying/working in the gfx industry (design, art etc.)

2. 12-16 years having nothing to do with their time (the 12 year old hacker springs to mind)

which one is closest?

1) I fit in the 'one' category.. with some additions like studing Architecture. In school now for a MBA/MISM to tie into Arch and the use of technology. Now I have skinning to add to my resume

Not sure how that connects to Arch and business but I'll find a way.

I'm 20, Winamp led me to the original Customize.org...then switched to Skinz.org...then took a break...then came to WinCusto. I can't draw a stick figure, let alone make a skin...but I am network admin for a company, skinning Windows is just a hobby for me. Maybe one day I'll pick up a paint program and try making a skin...

Ok, my way into skinning, started with flash about 3 years agoo, after a year i've seen that so got myself some tryals and looked what I liked most, started with 2d programs but that didn't work out verry well.... half year later got myself a 3d proggie, and made some tutorial kind of stuff. Wanted to do some 'skinning things'(I am a BIT opsesset with my downloads...) so i started to do cursor xp. Did that for a while but I wasn't really happy with it so I made myself 2/3 coolplayer skins. 2 were crappy 1 was pretty cool, so that one is online... Now that was fun, but coolplayer was a little bit "limmited" so I was off skinning winamp. Took me a while but I had 1 skin finished, also did a wmp skin, And now finaly I am here made myself a WB theme.

While I look like I'm sixteen, I'm actually one of the few that falls into category #1. Been around since the Dawn of Time.
