No skin appearing on Task Bar and Start Menu

I have no idea why there is suddenly no skin on my Task Bar and Start Menu. Please help me resolve this.

Did you change skins? Perhaps the skin you are using does not have the taskbar and start menu skinned. There's hundreds of skins which don't have those features. If that's the problem, you can choose another skin's taskbar (and shell styles if you're using WB3.9) to show all the time.

Example:
Quadrant has a 3D plate for the name bar and also allows for pictures in the left margin. My Start Menu shows neither of those.

I did try the basic WinXP Style, and it works. What WB4 settings did I mess up?

That is a problem I had with the alpha of windowblinds. If you are using the alpha then you asked for it you got it
