Debt and another Penalty

There have been some players complaining that debt does nothing and on game Blackmagic had 800k debt and still won the game?(idk how much) And I can see a point in why they could complain.  I have seen some games where a player with alot of debt will buy alot of stocks of his opponents wherefor his stockprise rises like anyone else but the debt doesn't reflect on his stockprice.(only his own 10 stocks)

Now you have it so that D rating will disable Blackmarket there should be another penalty for having too much debt.

3 Options:

1. Debt will work on the entire Stockprice ( So Not that i got 800k debt which would mean I have a 1$ stockprice if it weren't for the stocks I bought from other players which still gives me 1$+ a stock most of the time but every Stock*0,?debt=your stockprice )

or (the better one)

2. Have another Penalty when you reach 300k(whatever the number must be). The Penalty would be that All special buildings would be in lockdown. So you can't Hack/Patent/Train/PleasureDome/or send an offworld while you are in set numer debt. Maybe even Cancell out there patents/Upgrades ( or have that on another penalty which would be 400k orsomething)

3. if you reach set number debt your company's cash will first pay of his debt automaticly (like tighter debt)

I'd like to point out that the game being referenced where I won with $800k in debt WAS on beta 9. My base share price by the end of the game was -$6 but as a tactic I bought as much of other people's stock as I could early to prop up my own share price. I almost completely ignored power and won without an offworld.

I'm telling you....scientific is overpowered.

I don't really see it as a problem if a player can occasionally win with massive debt; it's not a very easy or common thing. Buying up lots of stock does prop up your stock price by quite a bit, especially in larger games, but has the costs of attracting attention to you and not necessarily having other benefits (if you're buying up as much stock as possible instead of completing buys, those shares are effectively dead money until you do something productive with them).

Basically, to win in such a situation, you pretty much have to be in a dominant position already and, in many cases, you would've been able to pay off all your debt earlier with no negative consequences beyond prolonging the game. Could it be a good thing to force that debt payment earlier? Possibly, as it doesn't feel good to lose to someone deeply in debt but it doesn't seem to be particularly necessary to me for game balance.

I must say the game where BlackMagic had 800k debt and won wasn't played right by the other players. But still there are alot of games where you are in a 1vs1 (in a let's say 6 FFA) and Player 1 is in D debt with 10 stocks of his own and 28 stocks in others where as Player 2 is in AA Debt and has 10 stocks in his own Company and the remaining 12 stocks in the other. They both are making the same amount of money but Player 1 has a higher stock price. Probably with 14-22$ difference(stockprice). The D debt doesn't reflect all his Stocks in his Stockprice and by doing so Debt doesn't punish the player. Player 1 will have 64$ stockprice and Player 2 48$ stockprice. In don't think it is fair. Note Player 1 bought Player 3 who owned let say 12 stocks (which went to player 1)

Not sure when you have seen games like that, but I feel it will be different in Beta 9 and the debt-burdened player should have a lower price now.
