you need the LogonStudio to apply them....download them from the Logons sub menu under library on the right hand side

This is not a hack, per se, as it is considered a replacable component of windows. Many companies provide their own verions of this dll (such as novell).

I been meaning to build a skinnable version, but time is sparse, these days.

Yea, Im looking for a new Background for the logon screen, instead of the bright blue one which comes standard. A picture, or something that will go behind the logon, just like a wallpaper or background.
