I agree, WOM, teething is *bad*. Just hope you don't get a colicky kid. My daughter was colicky for the first 6 months (spent my nights from 4 pm to 4 am walking the floors). She still doesn't sleep well and is 4 years old. If you do end up with a colicky kid- let me know. I have some "tricks" from the whole experience.

@ WOM ... for sure, I worry a bit about not being able to sleep but overall I am upto the task. My first daughter was sleeping 6 to 7 hours after just 2 mths... Second daughter after 3.5 mths... heres hoping the trend does not continue and instead it goes back down!
