I am so sick and tired of this bullshit! Going to the Xion website and trying to reset password to log in has been an exercise in futility! Nine times...nine... after my account has been activated with the new password it still refuses to let me log in. Reset password, new passwords, every damn time and I'm about ready to chuck it in the freakin' garbage its got me so pissed off. Going through the forums looking for solutions, none found, can't post because I can't log in....created a support ticket and I'm not holding my breath! I love skinning the audio player but if I don't get a satisfactory answer Xion will be history! I can make 'em but I can't move 'em. This effin sucks big time.

1) Try posting your problem on their facebook page, if they have one.

2) Alternatively, STOP resetting your password. Clearly, that's not helping and to continue is futile. Let their site 'digest' the last change. Return a couple of hours later and retry logging on.

3) If you have a friend from that site, perhaps he/she could post your problem or contact an admin?

I created a support ticket and am waiting on a reply. They emailed a password to log in, created just one new password. Account activated with new password too. But the log in sucks.
