[BUG] Empty column in the Commands tab

In governing civilization window in commands tab the second column is empty. I was once mentioned on the dev stream. The whole Commands tab is not working, last column is empty and windows dont have scroll.

It's an issue with the "normal" UI and they don't fix it. It's an issue at least since 1.1. Change to "small" UI until they fix it...
