Feature / bugfix request : Disable delete popup confirm

Whenever I want to delete an item from the "All Programs" menu, a popup appears to confirm my action.

I removed this notification in windows itself for files and folders in the trash options. I don't want this popup to show on my start menu.

Could you please make an option to disable this notification, or read the trash notification option state ?
