I would appreciate a little help with DesktopX....

I love this program and some of the themes but am really new to this. I have a fair amount of computer xperience and would like to learn how to customize these skins as I need them to be. I have the Raster theme and would like to be able to edit the pop up menus at the bottom of the screen and can't figure out how. Is there somewhere where I can go to learn how to do this? Anyone willing to help a newbie to DesktopX?

Once someone comes on the board with DesktopX experience I am sure they will help you out. Not everyone here uses everything offered at the site and DesktopX is not one of the thing I know about.

From looking at the screenshot, I don't think you will be able to change the text on the buttons that open the menus, but it looks as though the shortcuts inside the menus are text based, so just right click on each shortcut, and change the path to whatever program you want it to open by browsing to the .exe file in the programs folder. Then go to "Appearance", and change the text in the bottom box to whatever you want it to say.
