How long does it usually take for a skin etc. to gain approval?

Hiya... I jus made a logon last night (called S-Gate) and I got it approved and everything, but today when i mucking around on the site i accidently deleted it off the server so i had to upload it agen (yeah i know...i'm dumb) but neway i jus wanted ta know how long it would probably take to get in re-approved agen?

Walls take a bit longer to approve than skins because we usually wait until a few admins comment on a wall before we reject or accept it.
