Can't find email address of skin maker and I want to contact him!

I'm trying to contact someone who made a skin in the Sysmetrix area, but I can't find his email address anywhere. I want to ask his permission to use some of his graphics in my own skin. How can I find his address?

His name is "Cengiz Barlas". I did ask him in a comment but don't know how often he reads it. The skin is "ColoredLines".
