As a matter of fact, if you do a web search I bet you will find more dolphin icons, cursors and wallpapers than you will be willing to download. Thats the point, there has been an over kill of Dolphins and not just in tuna nets.

I didn't think the jokes about the dolphin were that funny (accept the whole you can go to jail for that" line of jokes) but he/she shouldn't have over reacted.. the way he/she did... seeing this thread makes the whole thing funny though...

the thing is, once the answer to the question was given, it kind of drifted off and they were forgotten, nothing mean was meant by it really.

Personally I am a Echo nut to some extent. I will not throw trash out, I do actually have trash bags in my truck so when I go fishing or take the dog down for a swim, or my wife and daughter to the beach, I pick up other peoples trash.

I would take a human life long before I would take an animals life, unless as food, and Dolphins, actually, they are not even Dolphins, they are Porpoises or Bottle node Dolphin.

Dolphin is a family of small toothed whales which happens to include Orca, which are neat to look at and such but they just about have the worst table manners that one could think of next to a shark.

we get people into Dolphins down here all the time, most also are into new age, crystals and "wow man" as a meaningful means of communicating.

seriously though, no one meant any offense, it really is as I said, Jafo is one of the people who are key to the operation to the site and his answer wans;t with any intent of sarcasm. Dolphin themes just are not accepted because of the number of places on the web that do have loads of it on their sites.

Yes we did get a bit far off with it joking around, but it wans;t directed at you in any manner, honestly once we thought your question had been answered things just kind of turned to the joking side of things.

The thing about Styl is, I wouldn't even begin to question that they had in fact started to create just what you asked for, but over the last month or so thee has been an influx of people coming in form another well know site that has decided to shut down because of all of the negative people trashing others works and such, It all was going smooth up until your post about, well, the miss understanding and lack of communicable expression lets say, Your post was what you felt from what you read, the responding posts were based on the same assumptions, though neither seems to meet, people talking past each other starting from some point I guess.

You are more than welcome here, and we will be minus one positive part of the whole if you do decide to not be here. But with things as they have been with all the trolls coming in stirring things up, people are on edge. That is why all the joking is taking place as it is in all kinds of threads and not just in those created for that specific purpose, I feel, Reassurance, like the soldiers in the field, dodging harm, they find humor in the oddest things and they express it in the oddest way with no harm intended.

Why is it that a sense of humor is non-existent in some. Everything in that post was light-hearted and very tongue-in-cheek. In fact, when I began joking I said, right in the post, that I was joking. Really, it was a point of misunderstanding, you asked, people (we including me) thought your question was answered, and we took to joking. NO harm ment, no disrespect in the least, We also thought none was taken, so you follow up post triggered the defenses, and hence we are here. You wew not wrong and we were notwrong either really, though maybe a little composure on our part was called for.
