it will update just the new files for each program. As opposed to redownloading the whole thing like normal it will only download the files you don't already have good for slow 56k users... and you will be able to download all products that you bought from stardock, wincustomize, drengin.net, and other third party sites that you buy software from... like probably Pixtudio.... but im not sure... you will be able to download your copy of cursor xp through that program, and your copy of toon xp... it's more integrated and easier to use...

/me has been wondering if that includes individual themes, too? For instance, will artists be able to add just the WB4 files to skins we already have? **hope, hope, hope**

and people come in and ask "is it worth it?" sheesh...
