Resilient trait, ship repair

I made a custom race with the resilient trait at +25% repair rate, but still my ships are repairing 1 point per turn.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

probobly an oversight ships heal at 1 pt per turn so 25% boost would be 1.25 rounded to 1

So if I put the ship on the planet, it'll repair 5 points instead of 4? 

Is that the most repair I'll get?

They should make the trait a +1 and +2 instead of a %. Will make the trait really viable then and add some good synergy with techs. Iconias come to mind
