Need options to change key mappings.

I have quite a big and annoying issue with the Scrap building keyboard shortcut.
I'm running the game under Bootcamp ( 13" Macbook Pro with Retina Display ), using Windows 8.1

Although I have Bootcamp configured to use all keys as normal ( without the need to hold Fn key down ), the game completely ignores this and I can't easily Scrap building using Delete... I need to Fn + Delete which is a HUGE PAIN ( has anyone seen where the Fn and Delete keys are on a Mac? ).

Do please change this because it's EXTREMELY annoying and it puts players in a huge disadvantage...
I'm used to scrapping buildings often and replacing them with new production... due to this dumb shortcut, by the time I manage to scrap 6-8 buildings, the prices have already changed and I'm way behind the competition... time wasted...

I honestly don't understand how you guys expect people to play a RTS without proper shortcuts ( not to mention that quite a few buttons don't have a shortcut hint... I had to google for tens of minutes until I found the shortcut for Scrap... I was pressing Delete before, but because it wasn't doing anything, I assumed it's perhaps a different key... just to much later figure out it's in fact Fn + Delete ).
