"Fences not associated with your Stardock Account"

I keep trying to install Fences, but when I go to activate it, it comes back telling me that Fences is not associated with my Stardock account. But when I log into my Stardock account, it definitely shows me Fences under my order history -- why can't I get it to recognize when I try to activate it? I've tried with my product key, too, and it still comes back saying the product key is not associated with that email address -- but it's the same address I used when I purchased my license. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, or if it's something not activating properly, but is there some other way around it to activate my copy of Stardock?

It will show under order history, that's normal. But if you have not registered the software to that email address, that is why you're seeing this message. From what I can see, you've registered the software under another email address. I won't post it here, but you will want to try activating with that other email address to get it activated.

I've got three emails that I regularly use, and I've tried all three - none seem to work. Is there a way to send a reminder email to that one, maybe? That way it won't be posted here, but I can still solve my issue?

Scratch that, I got it now. I have no idea what I was doing wrong before, because I definitely tried that email already. Oh well, it's working now! Thank you!
