Perhaps many of you all ready know this however I am a little slow to hear recent news, just to busy to listen or even care. This did catch my attention and all I can say is it is about time.

They're not really getting rid of Internet Explorer. They're just rebranding it.

Despite the "lipstick on IE" comment, you can rest assured that's all they're really doing. They know that Internet Explorer has a stigma to it that most people tend to avoid, and now they want to distance themselves from that stigma. A new name, a new look, and a few new features usually go a long way toward doing that for most people.

Yes I heard today they were working on a new browser but you are more than likely correct in that it will probably be the old in a new package.
