I'm Taylor, the guy behind OffworldTrader. We're all about growing the Offworld community, so we're creating a player league for a few tournaments we're hosting in the near future.

Any plans to include team (i.e. 2v2v2v2) play, or anything like it, or is this all FFA for the moment?

We're sticking with FFA for this round, at least. However, we are allowing clans to participate as a 'group'. A team can choose any player from their roster to represent them for each round.

Are the details all fleshed out? Have you picked a date / dates? the settings the FFAs will be played with, How the matches will be recorded and broadcast, and so on? Can anyone join?

I request masquerade to be on, to prevent VIP Sniping.

We haven't set dates yet; we're gathering players to get an idea of when would work best for everyone that's competing.

As far as rules, we're thinking about using the default Skirmish settings (no Tighter Debt, for example), but we're getting as much feedback as possible from  the competing players to make sure we have a fair game. We areusing Masquerade to prevent sniping, as Sander suggested.

We're broadcasting via Twitch and Youtube Live. Syndication will be distributed on a per-player basis. For example, If they have a YouTube channel, and they play 3 rounds, they'll be able to post most of the video to their channel.

I'm totally open to input if anyone has any thoughts about it.

Any possible way currently to get into the league without having a twitter? I don't mind going to twitter to see things, but I don't have an account, and have no real reason to make one currently. Sorry if i'm missing something or misunderstanding anything. Thanks in advance.
