every once in a while I will be playing and out of the blue one of the text to speak voicers will speak ina different language. It seems to be the same language, maybe russian or german?
Yes, the accent used for the Scavenger Colony is really odd and thick, bordering on the unintelligible.
I think what you may be hearing is that when someone else in the game chats, it makes a weird noise. I was trying to give each player a voice so that you could recognize when players speak. Maybe that's not working so well.
There are also the communications that the transports make when they're driving around. They're intended to be unintelligible.
Please let me know if that's indeed the problem.
