i have patched my pc with UltraUXThemePatcher_2.5.4 and have aeroglass to will this still work with this on my pc?
I do not know what UltraUXThemePatcher_2.5.4 is, but you can try out WindowBlinds' 30 day trial and see if it's compatible.
I wouldn't recommend using theme patchers at all as they are known for causing issues with Windows and other apps.
you don't need UltraUXThemePatcher_2.5.4 for WindowBlinds! it applies the any skin without UltraUXThemePatcher_2.5.4
To answer your question yes it will work. I do not use theme patcher now but I had it installed on windows 7 before and Windowblinds worked just fine. I would suggest though to run the revert option if you plan on using WB as your main option just to be on the safe side. You don't need theme patcher as Windowblinds has plenty of skins to suit everyone.
