Quoting starkers,

cos procrastination isn't an exact science yet

A recent scientific evaluation of procrastination, in its entirety:

[This page intentionally left blank.]

End of DaveRI's quote

There has never been a scientific evaluation of procrastination.

The lead scientists are too indecisive about where to start, and not one of them can decide who should write the lead paper and who should verify it.

No, but we do have a creed:
End of DrJBHL's quote

That version of the creed is way too determined and decisive for my liking

For mine, the fact that each point is numbered and well defined takes the procrastination right out of it.

No, it needs to be more disorganised and less like it conforms to some sort of order

In fact, we'd be better off without a creed... cos any procrastinator worth his salt would not have been cerebrally competent enough to have even begun writing a creed, much less have completed one.

So, in order not to bring the name hypocrite to this esteemed society, I propose a secret ballot to see if we want to vote on passing a motion that implements an amendment which allows us to vote on whether we may want to toss out this creed or not.

Now all we gotta do is decide who's going to set up the ballot box and where. :-"

Seems to me that you're in too much of a hurry.

Fortunately, you're getting nowhere fast and you'll have oodles of time to ponder your position.

I mean, you don't want to jump the gun before giving it every consideration, now do you?

Well you almost got it right....

Always put off 'til tomorrow what you can't decide to do today...

... because if you think you might like it...

....you've got something to look forward to tomorrow.

TOP TEN REASONS I PROCRASTINATE

1.
End of sydneysiders's quote

Really?  It surprises me that you got that far.

I often thought about compiling a list but......

Come to think of it, which I do.... sort of, now I'm not too sure if I did.

Hmmm, gonna have to give that one a lot more thought... or will I? :-"
