Minor issue with WindowBlinds and Start8

Hello,

I'm having a small issue with my start menu. It's been like that for a while, possibly since I last updated WindowBlinds or Start8, but I'm not exactly sure when it started...

It seems to be happening with all skins.

It's a minor issue, and I can live with it, but it is bothering me a bit. Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm using:

Start8 1.47

Windows 8.1 Enterprise (9600.winblue_r3.140827-1500)
WindowBlinds 8.09 (030 - Windows 8 Edition) - 64 bit OS

Now when I boot up, my start menu looks normal:

Then I start working, and after a short while (5-10 min maybe), it starts to misplace the top of the start menu:

Then I try to re-apply the skin and it cuts off the top completely:
